The Student Information Technology Education and Scholarship (SITES) programs was created to expose our youth to the concepts of computers and give them the expertise to develop web applications.
To build a pipeline of diverse professionals and aspiring students in the STEM and digital technology fields through innovative technical development programs.
HSCC students learn how to develop web applications using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Python, and MySQL. (Students compete for scholarship dollars)
Youth Technology Camp Students participate in a technology enrichment program
IT Showcase allows student presenters from educational institutions to present and demonstrate their research on advanced computing and technical topics.

MAC students develop a working, functional mobile application in iOS or Android mobile applications using React Native. Apps are built in three different application categories (i.e. business, personal productivity, and gaming).
Students participate in a 12-week series of weekly Saturday workshops that will expose them to open source tools in data science. The workshops will have four main focus areas including Excel, SQL, R, and Python.
The BDPA Cloud Academy is an initiative with the purpose of creating opportunities for Black Americans entering the cloud technology space. Through the diversification of the talent pool, we will contribute new minds and diverse understandings, helping further the innovation and development of cloud technology.
Robotics Academy is dedicated to empowering students with cutting-edge skills in Robotics. Focuses on engaging and educating young individuals in the field of robotics and technology.

STEAMsport, Inc. strongly believes in increasing our students’ exposure through participating in STEAM competitions. Students will gain skills in video game development and video game Competition.
**Participates will participant in eSports Tournaments and Gamification Highlight Youth Engagements during the National Conference
From Idea to Launch (FI2L) Entrepreneurial: Technology or Engineering Entrepreneur with a Business Ideas. The FI2L competition is a platform for showcasing innovative tech and engineering business concepts. Students and professionals pitch their tech or engineering business ideas for a chance to win funding.

Assist our high school & college members with major selections, skills assistance, resume writing and career mentoring.
BETF/BDPA awards over $100k annually to deserving students through corporate sponsorships and program awards.
